The Future of Us - Jay Asher, Carolyn Mackler Ok, so one of the main reasons that I loved this book was that in 1996, I was SOOO on AOL. I can't imagine what I would have thought if I'd seen my current facebook page. Currently I am fabulously happy with my awesome husband and cute-as-can-be Baby Girl, but 5 Years ago I was barren and in a loveless marriage...how would my teenage self have handled that news?I was intrigued by the premise of this book, and meant to read the first chapter or two before bed. Instead, I finished it 2 hours later, just in time for the baby to wake up for her first reading. Not too many things can make me sacrifice the few precious hours of sleep I get!
